I received an error saying that no mouse is detected after downloading and installing Razer Synapse 2.0. Please ensure that you are opening the Razer Synapse 2.0 driver and not the traditional driver. Once you have download Razer Synapse 2.0, you should be using Razer Synapse 2.0 as the exclusive driver interface for your Razer Naga.
